As I said back in November, Newt's campaign is beginning to fall apart. Another shooting star has fallen. It's time to get serious.
Paul's rise is troubling. To put it mildly, it sends the wrong message. An isolationist at the top of the ticket? Someone who thinks the Civil War was a bad idea? Or saying there was 'glee' in the Bush administration after 9/11 because now they had an excuse to invade Iraq? Or saying we need to take out the CIA? Then there's the bigoted newsletters. . . and this is just stuff I found browsing on the web!
