He lays out a well-thought out, achievable 13 page plan (not 100) just on tax policy. Some highlights:

"Mitt Romney will push for a fundamental redesign of our tax system."

"We need taxes to pay for the operations of government. But they should be collected by a system that is simple and fair, and that causes the least possible disruption to the productive economy."

"If anything, the lower rates established by President Bush should be regarded as a directional marker on the road to more fundamental reform."

"In the long run, Mitt Romney will pursue a conservative overhaul of the tax system that includes lower and flatter rates on a broader tax base."

That doesn't sound like someone who is tinkering around the edges. It sounds like a viable action plan for getting things done.

I don't mind the criticism if it's warranted, but let's be realistic.
